How do I qualify for free delivery?
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50.00, as soon as your order total is this amount or over, you will automatically qualify for free delivery and the cost will be deducted from your order total.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
For now we only deliver to the UK although we will be delivering to Europe very soon! We will keep you updated.
How can I track my order?
Our Express and Saturday premium delivery service provides you with full visibility of your parcel’s journey. Your tracking details will be emailed after dispatch and further updates will follow by email or SMS, including your 1 hour delivery time slot. You can also track the progress of the delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to the final 15 minutes. The service offers a 1 – 2 working day delivery for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on Monday, and orders placed after 2pm on Friday, a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. If you have selected our Saturday delivery, orders placed by 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on your selected Saturday.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Saver Delivery ensures your parcel will arrive within 3 – 5 working days from the date of dispatch providing all items are in stock. This is our slowest service and if you would like your health and beauty products delivered sooner please upgrade to our Express Premium Delivery service. Note that working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and UK Public Holidays.
Express Premium Delivery is a guaranteed service within the UK – your order will be delivered within 1 – 2 working days, provided it is received before 2pm UK time Monday – Thursday and all items are in stock. Note that working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and UK Public Holidays.
Saturday Delivery is also available on certain products to the majority of UK destinations. Orders must be placed by 2pm on a normal working day.

How do I reset a forgotten password for my account?
Go to sign in, click forgotten email? Enter your details and a temporary password will be sent to your email address.
How do I create an account?
Simply enter your email, name, address and contact details. You will then need to choose a memorable password and your account will be created. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm the account has been set up.
What different payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. We also accept payment via Paypal.
The item I want is out of stock, how soon will I be able to order it?
If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will email you within 24hours to advise when we will be receiving the item from our supplier and will give you the option to either wait a little longer for your order or cancel with a full refund.
How to place an order?
Search the site for all of the products you would like. Add them to your basket by clicking add to basket. Once you have finished shopping go to Checkout and enter your email address and password if you are a returning customer or by entering your email, name, contact number, billing and delivery address. You will then be redirected to our payment page and asked to enter your payment information or PayPal details. Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Returns and Refunds
My delivery hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
Any date or period for delivery should be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to despatch all orders within 5 working days. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier and we will email you with updated details of this. If the period of 5 working days has passed and you have not received any email correspondence from us please contact us at email@example.com and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24hours.
My delivery has arrived damaged, what do I do?
In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to us before the refund or replacement can be issued. We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items to us within 30 days of receipt.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and must be returned within 30 days of dispatch. Please see our returns policy page for more details.
Do you offer samples?
We offer a selection of samples for some products, if you would like to try a specific product please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and subject to availability the sample will be sent to you with your next order.
