Free delivery is available on all orders over £50!

Standard Saver Delivery ensures your parcel will arrive within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch providing all items are in stock. This is our slowest service and if you would like your health and beauty products delivered sooner please upgrade to our Express Premium Delivery service. Note that working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and UK Public Holidays.

Express Delivery is a guaranteed service within the UK – your order will be delivered within 1-2 working days, provided it is received before 2pm UK time Monday – Thursday and all items are in stock. Note that working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and UK Public Holidays.

Saturday Delivery is also available on certain products to the majority of UK destinations. Orders must be placed by 2pm on a normal working day.

Our Express and Saturday premium delivery service provides you with full visibility of your parcel’s journey. Your tracking details will be emailed after dispatch and further updates will follow by email or SMS, including your 1 hour delivery time slot. You can also track the progress of the delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to the final 15 minutes. The service offers a 1-2 working day delivery for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on Monday, and orders placed after 2pm on Friday, a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. If you have selected our Saturday delivery, orders placed by 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on your selected Saturday.
