We offer a selection of samples for some products, if you would like to try a specific product please email us on cs@hbexpress.co.uk with the details and subject to availability the sample will be sent to you with your next order.

If you would like any advise or help choosing a product or would like any further information please email us on cs@hbexpress.co.uk and one of the Health and Beauty team will get back to you as soon as possible.

What different payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. We also accept payment via Paypal.

The item I want is out of stock, how soon will I be able to order it?

If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will email you within 24hours to advise when we will be receiving the item from our supplier and will give you the option to either wait a little longer for your order or cancel with a full refund.

How do I create an account?

Simply enter your email, name, address and contact details. You will then need to choose a memorable password and your account will be created. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm the account has been set up.

How do I qualify for free delivery?

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50.00, as soon as your order total is this amount or over, you will automatically qualify for free delivery and the cost will be deducted from your order total.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

For now we only deliver to the UK although we will be delivering to Europe very soon! We will keep you updated.

How can I track my order?
